1. Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 people in the holiday flat Astrum, Luna und Lumen
an occupancy of minimum 4 people in in the holiday flat Aurora
an occupancy of minimum 5 people in in the holiday flat Historia

For every additional person:
Children aged 0 to 2,99  10 €
Children aged 3 to 13,99  15 €
Adults 20 €

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, Sat-TV, electricity and heating, final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax.

The breakfast kitchen does not lead open any wishes, as it is composed of an electric range, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with an integrated freezer, a spooling machine as well as a coffee machine. Additionally you can find a safe, Sat-TV, internet and a balcony!

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (May 2016: Euro 1,80 per day and person above 14 years of age).

2. Baby equipment

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3. Guest Pass a plus for your holiday

The new Guest Card offers guests of our member accommodations the opportunity to discover the high apple plateau Naz-Sciaves and South Tyrol by public transport with just one ticket. According to the motto: Car-free – well connected.

Owners of the Guest Card can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge. You also enjoy many free benefits, such as travel on selected mountain railways and cable cars, free entry to over 90 museums in South Tyrol and participation on the weekly programme of Naz-Sciaves.

The benefits:

• Free and unlimited travel on public transport in the whole of South Tyrol (regional trains & buses)
• Free ride with the cable cars on the „Gitschberg“ in Maranza and „Jochtal“ in Valles in the period from 09 May to 12 July 2024 and from 16 September to 2 November 2024
• Cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Meltina and Vorano, the Renon narrow-guage railway, the funicular railway to the Mandola and the PostAuto Switzerland to Müstair can be used free of charge
• Free rides with the cable car from Rio di Pusteria to Maranza
• Free access to some 80 museums, exhibitions and collections
• Free ride with the alpine bus to the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp
• Skibus service in the winter months to the Gitschberg-Jochtal and Plose ski areas
• Weekly programme

4. Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

For stays of less than 4 days, we charge a one-time short-term stays of30 or 40 € depending on the size of the apartment.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment: You can balance the remaining amount before starting your holiday, or pay cash on site, by bancomat or credit card.
The cash limit is 2,999 Euro in Italy. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

If you decide to arrive by bus or train, we will pick you up at the train station in Bressanone (free of charge).

7. How to arrive

Location:

The idyllic village Naz is located in the heart of the Isarco Valley and on the apple-plateau. Only 100 meter from the village center, where you can find the church, a bank, coffee bars, the tourist office and much more, there is our historic farm; in the center, but anyway in a sunny and quite position!

How to reach us:

If you are arriving by car, take the motorway A22. You take the Bressanone-Nord/ Val Pusteria exit and continue in the direction of Val Pusteria. After circa 1.5 km you turn right in order to reach Naz-Sciaves. Then follow the sign for Naz until you reach the center of the village, where you turn right. After 100 meters, you can find us on your left.

In case you should decide to take the train or the bus, please exit at the station Bressanone. We will than pick you up for free directly on the station Bressanone.

If you arrive by airplane, please make the ticket until Bolzano (circa 45 km) or Innsbruck (circa 90 km) and drive by train or bus to Bressanone. There we will pick you up for free on the station Bressanone.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 3 months prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. From 3 months until 1 month before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 40 % of the total price.

In case of a cancellation from 3 months until 1 month before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total price. For cancelllation within the last week before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

9. Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit!

However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here.

10. Exclusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

11. Privacy

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
